Article 1
Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined herein shall bear the meanings set out below.

Article 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 88kk platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 88kk operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all transactions reversed where possible, and all winnings forfeited. 88kk may also report the matter to the relevant authorities.
- You must be registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Territory as defined in Article 1.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 88kk or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use the platform.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 88kk platform, whether through self-exclusion, operator-initiated suspension, or any other mechanism.
88kk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 88kk may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. This process is conducted in accordance with our KYC policy and is a necessary safeguard against fraud and underage gambling.
By creating an account on 88kk, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements listed above. If any of these representations subsequently become untrue, you are obligated to notify 88kk immediately and to cease using the platform until the matter is resolved.
18+ Age Policy
88kk enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years. Age verification documents are required before the first withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are closed immediately with winnings forfeited.
Single Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 88kk platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Article 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of services available on 88kk, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge. You may only register one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction — including through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or alternate identity documents — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure that all information provided remains accurate for the duration of your account. You may update your registered details by contacting customer support at [email protected].
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 88kk recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access your account. 88kk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 88kk immediately by contacting [email protected]. 88kk may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
88kk is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳10,000 or when triggered by our internal risk management system. Verification documents that may be requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), a proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. All documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
Free Registration
Creating an 88kk account costs nothing. No joining fee, no subscription, no hidden charges. Only one account is permitted per individual.
Credential Security
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Use a strong, unique password. 88kk support staff will never ask for your full password.

Accurate Information
All registration details must be truthful and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Article 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
88kk supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by 88kk. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 88kk's control.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on 88kk is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. 88kk does not charge a fee for deposits. You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering policy. Standard withdrawal processing time on 88kk is under two minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), your wagering requirements on any active bonuses must be satisfied, and there must be no open responsible gaming or fraud investigations on your account. 88kk reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Failed and Reversed Transactions
If a deposit fails to credit to your account within 30 minutes of initiation, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number. 88kk will investigate within 24 hours. Deposits subsequently found to have been fraudulently initiated will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Deposit Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
Withdrawal Processing Times
bKash / Nagad: under 2 minutes. Rocket / Upay: under 5 minutes. Bank transfer: up to 1 BST business day. Withdrawal requests submitted between 23:00 and 06:00 BST may experience slightly longer processing times during peak periods.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
88kk maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Funds deposited on the platform must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without meaningful play constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account closure. 88kk is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
Own-Account Payments Only
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the 88kk account. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed. This policy protects all Players against fraud and money laundering.
Article 5
Bonuses & Promotions
88kk offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this Article and to any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
5.1 Claiming Bonuses
Bonuses are claimed through the mechanism specified in the relevant promotion — this may involve entering a bonus code during a deposit, opting in via the Promotions page, or automatic crediting upon meeting a qualifying condition. Bonuses will not be retrospectively applied to deposits made before the bonus was claimed. Players may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and typically ranges between 20x and 40x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer). Wagers placed on different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and sports bets may contribute 100% of qualifying stakes. Refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable contribution rates.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the validity period. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited and are not recoverable.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
88kk operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers; using software or automated tools to place bets. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended. 88kk's determination regarding bonus abuse is final.
Welcome Bonus
Available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Subject to stated wagering requirements and minimum deposit threshold. One welcome bonus per Player, household, and device.
Reload Promotions
Weekly and monthly reload offers available to verified Players. Opt-in may be required. Each reload offer has its own minimum deposit threshold, bonus percentage, and wagering requirement.

Article 6
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Game Integrity
All casino games available on the 88kk platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either 88kk or the Player. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game category and are based on long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee individual session results.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, server error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 88kk reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Where a malfunction has resulted in an incorrect credit of winnings to a Player's account, 88kk reserves the right to reverse that credit regardless of whether the funds have been used for subsequent gameplay. The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all casino games on the 88kk platform.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on 88kk are governed by the specific market rules published within each betting product. In general: bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football); in-play bets accepted after a key match event (goal, wicket, etc.) that was not yet reflected in the live odds will be voided; 88kk reserves the right to suspend markets at any time due to breaking news or data feed issues; and the maximum payout on any single bet is ৳500,000 unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct
Players must not engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the 88kk platform or its games. Prohibited conduct includes: use of automated software, bots, or AI tools to place bets or make gaming decisions; exploitation of software errors or calculation errors for financial gain; collusion with other Players; any form of cheating, chip dumping, or match-fixing; and any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misappropriate 88kk's proprietary software or content.
RNG Certification
Every game on 88kk uses an independently certified random number generator. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the platform operator or any Player.
Cricket Betting Markets
BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are covered with pre-match and in-play markets. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with ICC official results and 88kk cricket market rules.
No Automated Play
The use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the 88kk platform is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Maximum Bet Limits

Article 7
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may close their 88kk account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to the Player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. 7.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension
88kk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information; breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity; use of prohibited software or cheating tools; bonus abuse as described in Article 5.4; Player found to be under 18 years of age; or any other conduct that 88kk determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.
7.3 Consequences of Termination
Upon account termination for cause, 88kk reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. Where a Player is found to have acted fraudulently or in breach of these terms, all funds held in the account — including both real-money balances and winnings — may be permanently forfeited. 88kk will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the event that any Player activity is found to involve criminal conduct.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 88kk will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳200 to the account balance, until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated by the Player. No dormancy fee will be charged if the account balance is ৳0. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a re-verification process.
Article 8
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
88kk aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond 88kk's reasonable control. 88kk shall not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings, missed betting opportunities, or account inaccessibility — resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.
8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88kk excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether or not 88kk has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
8.3 Maximum Liability Cap
In all circumstances, 88kk's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 88kk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Third-Party Services
The 88kk platform integrates third-party game content from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 88kk is not liable for errors, outages, or technical failures originating from these third-party providers. Player disputes arising from third-party game outcomes are resolved in accordance with the relevant provider's certified RNG audit results and 88kk's own game records.
8.5 Player Responsibility
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 88kk platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. 88kk makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. 8.6 Amendments to These Terms
